  My husband and I have multiple policies for our small business and personal, with Dalila Hockemeyer Namy Statefarm, we're very happy with how they are handled. If we have any questions the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful especially Rob. I would highly recommended using this office for your insurance needs.

  Friendly, professional, and helpful! Made everything so easy, it was refreshing. Nice to know there are still companies out there that care about customer service. Highly recommend to anyone!

  Worst place ever..... I would suggest you look for another statefarm agent office...... Very irresponsible and rude people working here..... Of course they are super extra nice when you first start with them but when it comes to any situation that requires their attention BAD BAD bad customer service...... They send me a cancellation notice ( with a ridiculous excuse) I got in contact with my agent and took forever for ever for her to answer me with a reasonable explanation......Once she did she said everything was in order and I was good to go that my insurance was ACTIVE.....My problem again was trusting them until I received a letter from DMV explaining that my insurance was cancel since a month ago...... DMV cancel my two cars registration and technically I was using my car illegaly by NY state law withouth even know because I trust my agent and she said everything was in order........ YEAH RIGHT!!! I call my agent again and she didn't even know that my insurance was cancel when she personally told me everything was in order and good to go that she took care...... Like seriously!!!!!! In resume look for responsible people that would care for you as a customer because this people really don't care about you as a customer I was without insurance for a Whole month and using my car with my kids in it at all times and didn't even know that If something happen my loved ones they wasn't cover....... LOOK FOR OTHER STATEFARM OFFICE TO MUCH IRRESPONSABILITY IN THIS ONE

  This person is not friendly at all. I have been through difficult situation since last year and making some late payments. Do not expect this person to help you. If you need an insurance agent look elsewhere.
