Food was not up to par. Blizzards were alright. Food was semi warm, bland. Probably won't go back.

Good peanut butter shake uim uim. Funnel cake sundae left alot to b desired though. It is a bit expensive. Expect 10 dollars per person for okay dessert. Not gourmet but is satisfying

Tonight I went to this Dairy Queen on the way home from work to buy my girlfriend and her grandma blizzards. I ordered the strawberry cheese cake and a Carmel truffle blizzard. After getting home I realized the candy (chocolate) was wrong. The blizzard was rushed and had vanilla half ways down and not even blended! Mind you I live by Montgomery and San Mateo. Only reason why I stopped there was because it was close to my job. The manager, a lady named "Mena" answered when I called and claimed she made it and made it wrong because they were "busy". I kindly asked if she can fix this, never raised my voice once. I treated her with respect and was disrespected in return. She said I have to drive all the way back over there which mind you, its a 20 min drive and bring back the blizzard. Why do I have to do this when she's the one who made it wrong and admitted to me that it was wrong because they were busy? After requesting to speak with supervisor, she raised her voice at me saying I'm not doing anything until you bring it back and she hung up the phone on me. This is the worst service I ever experienced. Not only did I pay 4$ for the wrong blizzard that she admitted to messing up but then she wouldn't fix the issue unless I brought it back and then hung the phone up on me. It is Saturday night at 8:45 pm and corporate is closed until Monday. So not only did I waste 4$ but I was treated like dirt! This lady is very egotistic, and didn't even let me have a chance to speak without speaking over me before hangin up. They charge a lot for ice cream, so I expect to get what I paid for. If you want to be treated like trash go ahead and come here but if you want to have a good experience I suggest you go somewhere else. I will call corporate Monday and report this. As of now Ill take the lost and try n forget this awful experience I had with this manager named "Mena". Here is a few pictures of the "Carmel Truffle" I got which is not the product I got 2 days ago. Hopefully Dairy Queen will see this and respond and hopefully have a talk with this very rude lady about how managers should treat there customers. I never once felt the disrespect I felt tonight. She literally raised her voice saying "bring it back or it's your lost" and hung up on me.

So yesterday at this particular Dairy Queen my friend and I ordered a small blizzard and an order of pretzel sticks when the young gentleman brought them out to the table he dropped the pretzel sticks on the table Which is absolutely fine spills and things like that happen and don't the take from how I perceive the place. However after we quickly pick them up to put them back in the container he said "don't worry I just wiped all of these tables" He also mentioned that he would make us some new ones if we wanted but walked away. The real problem is that the table we were sitting at had old crusty ketchup stains and I kid you not a ton of tiny little fuzzy hair or clothes particles sticking to it and upon inspection almost every table in the restaurant around us had crumbs or a lot of old food debris on. Point being I just don't like being lied to or placated about the tables being clean when my food falls on them when they are obviously not. I got him to remake the order but the damage was already done in my mind. Highly doubt if I will eat at Dairy Queen in the future
