  Where do I begin? I thank God for Danny Jr.! He embodies patience, kindness, care, and understanding during the most difficult time in life. My family was so lost and didn't know what direction to go in when my sister was called home. I called Danny Jr. and he made himself immediately available to meet with us to discuss final plans for my sister. He made it clear that he was willing to help us whether we chose his service or not. Danny was honest and professional when explaining our options. After several cancelled and rescheduled meetings, on the part of my family, we finally secured services for my sister with Brooks Funeral Home. Danny was in contact with us every step of the way. He was available at all of times of the night as we made change after change always ending every conversation with "I just want to ensure your family's satisfied." My sister was a simple gal in life but boy did she make an exit. My family and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I sit here in tears ever so grateful with the service we received from Brooks Funeral Home. Danny Jr., Danzel, Wes and Mr. Ramsey, from the bottom of my heart, Thank you.

  Reasonably priced packages, professional, and understanding to the needs and capabilities of my family. Nothing was done deceitfully. Everything was discussed in full so that my family was fully aware of what were paying for. The arrangements for my sister were done beautifully and after working with the members for a week they made us so comfortable they felt like family. Very kind and respectful staff. Truly gifted in their abilities to assist families that are grieving.

  Had a great experience with staff and services for our family's unexpected loss. Everyone was very hospitable and honest and respectful.They made sure my family was comfortable with cost,services, presentation etc. Thank you all for everything through out this process and after wards.Keep up the good job.   Punctuality - Danny and Denzel picked up my mother's body in a timely manner. By timely, I mean her body was picked up in about 45 minutes. She was embalmed in about 1 hour later. Willingness to work with the family - they are flexible and will work with you and the church on coordinating the funeral services. Courtesy - Danny was courteous and sensitive throughout the funeral process. This was important to me. Price - Brooks Funeral and crematory prices are fair and reasonable. Overall - excellent service and a class group.
