  Plumber Eric Monahan is a crook. He came after so many hours later he supposed to come. He brings one helper name Omar. He can't walk properly because of disability. Lousy job. Water leaking from the boiler. Heat coming g but no hot water but he just want to take the money $2000. Telling me everything is right. I checked and see no hot water and then he opened again and flush the boiler. He knows It will be for 1/2 an hour. He closed the cover and take the money and run. After 1 hour same problem, I called and he said coming within 15 min. 1 hour and then show up after 3 days. I have warranty for parts from boiler manufacturer. He ordered many new parts and put his old parts. So he can sell the new parts. When I ask for invoice he doesn't give. He is a crook and spam. He gave us visiting card where address is false. Going to do the police report

  My Plumber eric was amazing. He went above and beyond. He installed a handicapped toilet for my mother and he was the most patient and courteous person I have ever dealt with. My 86 year old mother is very happy and so am I.he also fix a dripy facet for no charge thank you
