  I love Cynthia K Salon and have been going to Cindy to tame my precious locks for 6 years and counting (including my wedding). Cindy has a real intuition for hair, always giving me a cut and color that grows in flawlessly. The salon is cozy and friendly, with ample snacks, drinks, and lovely people to meet.

  I had a hard time finding a new salon/stylist after moving to Boston. There are a lot of options, but until I came to Cynthia's salon on a recommendation I never felt wowed enough to come back to any of them. Cynthia's salon changed that. The staff and stylists are so kind and welcoming. I always feel like my stylist actually listens to what I want to do with my hair and provides helpful suggestions for styling or a new cut. I always leave the salon feeling pampered and confident. I also love the organic products offered by the salon. My stylist takes the time to explain the product, how to use it, and tests it out in my hair. Finding a salon that you trust with your hair and feel welcomed like a regular before you actually are is a rarity. I always recommend this salon to friends looking for a new place!

  I have been going to Cindy for years now and I really don't ever see myself going anywhere else! She's always on top of the latest trends and seems to cut my hair in such a way that it grows out so nicely that I don't need to go back for 6+ months. I have received compliments on my hair cut months after my appointment because it really looks like a style more than just a cut. Her salon is beautiful, overlooking Newbury Street and I absolutely love her staff– so friendly and courteous. I also love that she uses organic products, and I often pick up shampoos and other hair products there because I trust they are safe. I always recommend Cindy and her stylists to friends and family. She's the best!

  I just had my hair cut and colored by the brilliant Cythia! She is a true professional; a hair-dressing artist with an eye to what would fit each client. I cut my hair from very long to a short bob. Cynthia looked through my suggestions from google images, and she understood exactly what I wanted. The salon is serene and unpretentious; you feel pampered with old-school service and modern products and practices. And I was out in under 2.5 hours. Thoroughly recommended!

  Open, airy salon with comfortable seats, excellent staff, and super comfortable adjustable shampoo sinks. Home of my favorite stylist Marcus Sederström.
