  Edit- They have changed these practices since the original post. However, they are still highly inconsistent in their service. Sometimes it's free to do a basic diagnostic other days it's $20. Some folks are happy to help, others are too cool to acknowledge your presence. I'm uping the star rating because I haven't had a group of their cyclists ride en masse the wrong way down the street in a while. But the service needs a step up. Please do not continue to instruct your guides to run red lights, go the wrong way down one way streets, ride across pedestrian crosswalks and generally teach people how to get killed in Portland. Your instructors/guides need to follow the laws, they are there to keep everyone safe.

  You won’t meet nicer bros. Highly recommend the hybrid bikes for city exploring. Rented for the day and those steeds took care of us. Would rent again no doubt.

  Fantastic experience today here hiring Electric Bikes - we had a brilliant day cycling around Washington Park in Portland and the electric bikes were perfect. Thanks for such great service!

  Was in town visiting and these guys were great! The bike tour was really nice, easy paced, and they had a lot of knowledge about the city. Afterwards they let us hang around to warm back up and they help with more tips and suggestions about places to go to. I would highly recommend.
