  Sincerely awesome staff, always willing to help and assist enthusiastically. I've been in several times and have always been not QUITE as knowledgeable on what I was looking for, as one would wish. Not once was I ever made to feel silly about the questions I had. Awesome store!

  I've been in retail my entire career, and the Tucson Cycle Gear store knows how to do retail. It's all about customer experience, and somehow this staff gets it all right every time I stop in. They strike the perfect balance between helpful service without being pushy, hovering salespeople, and they all seem to get it right. I've been helped by at least 5 different staff members, and they all have achieved this perfect balance. I ding one star because their selection of riding apparel and gear is a tad limited, and the space in which they display it is really tight. That, and I reserve 5 stars for the truly spectacular. But Cycle Gear Tucson comes really close.

  Great prices quality products. Worth the drive. They have tires and riding gear and oils engine lubricants. Don’t have specific parts on hand like gaskets or jets. But can get them in if u want to wait a day or two.
