  Terrible, misslead,down right lied to throughout the whole move. Moving is stressful enough when everything goes right, but to have someone (i.e.Cvs transport) take advantage of you is down right despicable. We were moving from nourthern Colorado to southern New Mexico. We were told if the could pick up our furniture early (3 days)to help with there schedule, that they would deliver early. Total lie they had no intention of delivering early. Found out later they already had another pickup schedule for day after our delivery 20 miles our so away, so there was no way they where delivery early and have a truck sit idle for 2 days. Once the had our furniture we call to ask about delivery time were told we were 1000lbs. over weight need to pay move money before the would deliver. I weighed everything before hand, it's possible I could have been off 100lbs. give or take but 1000lbs.? But no way to prove different, so basically the held our furniture hostage for more money. I had all the furniture box and in my garage upon pickup to help facilitate the process, got to the other side were told had to pay for 2 hours extra, because they had to unbox large furniture to move it into new house, again pay before delivery. Total bad experience never again, I would have been better off to burn old furniture, and start anew, cheaper and way less stressful.
