  I usually don't take the time to write reviews but this was something worth writing. To make a long story short, we got a free offer for 10 4x6 prints so I thought why not? My husband decided to use his offer but put my information because he knows I'm the one who cares for these things. Anyways, my sister went to pick up our orders (4 sets of free prints), but they wouldn't give her one set for free because my husband used my name. The manager literally would not override $2.90! I even had to call them while my sister was waiting because I explained my husband's offer is under my name but no- they said "T mobile is paying us and it won't let us redeem both." Clearly they're getting paid for my husband's offer but no my sister decided to pay and call it a day. I order pictures all the time and will NEVER order from them again. Horrible customer service! All for less than $3. Go to any other pharmacy in the area for your pictures.
