  Tried to fill a prescription. They didn’t have in stock said it would come in the next day and I would be notified via text or call two days later no word so I called. They can’t get it and and will work on it still. They don’t know why I didn’t receive any communication.

  I always have an issue picking up my prescriptions. Avoid at all costs.

  My first visit. Slow and bad service ... Walgreens is much better 😡😡😡

  In the past few days CVS took over Target Pharmacy. I'm already looking to switch. Target could get out-of-stock prescriptions usually the next day; CVS takes three. And even then I had to come in at the end of the day and remind them to actually fill it! The best answer I could get at first was, "we'll see if it came in (3:00 on a Friday) and text you if we fill it." At that point it was day 31 since my last refill (I'm out as of today) and they're basically telling me I may or may not get my medication before the weekend! Nice customer service. I was told "with the new system sometimes things come in, sometimes they don't." You have to be kidding me. It used to take 15-20 minutes to get stuff filled. After waiting 10+ minutes (no, really) just for them to see if my Rx came in, I was told it would take at least 45 minutes to fill the prescription. "There are some other people ahead of you," I was told. I suspect Target had others in front of me too, but it never once took 45 minutes in the year I used them. Yeah, I'm already over CVS. Goodbye. And is sucks because Target was really great.
