  HIPPA violations reported. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription. That was stressful. Then she the loudly interrogated me how I was taking my prescriptions at the counter with other customers around. If that conversation was necessary, it should have been private. But she already refused to fill the prescription and chose to make the conversation public to all bystanders. But no problem getting on a combination of medications that can cause heart failure! Not even a warning. No warning about another medication interaction that can cause permanent tendon damage. Apparently CVS approves of death and disability more than privacy. After expressing my frustrations about my treatment at CVS, I received call telling me I had to talk to the pharmacist. I blocked the number. Never returning to belmar CVS.

  We called in to have our prescription changed to the Target CVS pharmacy due to insurrance reasons. Told us pickup same day at 4:30pm would be just fine. I showed up at 4:15pm to pick-up the prescription. Come to find out the pharmacists never called and initiated the transfer. We now have to till tomorrow for a prescription that is needed today. The first words out of the attendants mouth upon learning that they never called was an excuse. Not too pleased about the time management, false information, or a 24 hour delay that was not spoken of until after they neglected to have our prescription transferred.

  I am absolutely appalled by a particular pharmacist, Monica. Monica is on a personal vendetta and will refuse to fill your meds based on personal beliefs. She has no clinical decision making capacity and will take matters in her own hands to pursue her vendetta. Please if you are reading this, change pharmacies immediately to reduce the chance of having a non issue become a huge, loud controversy. Monica is unprofessional and her personal opinions don't matter when it comes to treating patients.

  Been filling prescriptions here for about a year now and the staff here are so kind! They are knowledgeable and personable. Very thankful for them!

  The lady at the counter was totally rude with out any reason. Having worked in a service industry all my life I can tell someone who cares and someone who just pushes through customers. With so many pharmacys you'd think customer support would be important for her and her job. How ever she was rude to the point of me feeling like flat out saying she was a passive aggressive bi*** for no reason.
