  I come in to this location about once a week. Most often with my children. Every time I come in I have to notify a manager of this swarm of bees nesting in the wood of the support beam located near the pharmacy drive thru. Every time they say they are waiting on pest control. It has been 2 months! Yep the bees are still swarming. I can't even bring my son in with me now in fear of him being stung because he is allergic... you would think this place would give a damn.... but no...smdh

  I would normally give this pharmacy 5 stars because everyone there is so fast and friendly. One time I was fresh out of oral surgery and in tears and the Ryan, the manager took care of my prescriptions right away! I'll never forget his compassion. However recently my work hours have changed and i have had to deal with a "Dale". Older male with no customer service skills and seems to not know what his scope of practice is. Its unfortunate when you have such a good team an one bad apple ruining the bunch. Hopefully this guy can get a attitude adjustment before he runs to many customers off. People are coming to a pharmacy because they are ill and trying to get better. Dealing with his demeanor is not something I'd willingly want to put myself through on a good day let alone a sick day.

  As always, I often dislike places such as this one. When you need to get a pharmaceutical item fulfilled, it often takes more than an hour for it to be completed. The staff at all locations such as this one, in particular, are not very accommodating, but there are a copious amounts of items, so that warrants the additional stars for convenience sake.

  24hr store with a drive through pharmacy. Staff is helpful and store sporadicly stocked.

  (Long, but worth the read!) Kristine the pharmacist went above and beyond to be helpful to me! After having a painful dental procedure, driving around to find needed medication was not my idea of fun. After a trip my regular pharmacy (which shall remain nameless ) I found that the needed medication was on back order for over 2 weeks at not just my location but at every other location on the East side of the valley :( I drove to too many other pharmacies to list, all with the same answer, “No medication.” No one offered to try and help me find what I needed. One call to Kristine the pharmacist and she solved that problem! She was not only able to provide the medication, but did so very quickly! She was kind, thoughtful and sympathetic to my situation. Of the many other pharmacies I visited tonight this is THE ONLY ONE who was not only helpful, but the staff was also kind and professional. Kristine is what every good pharmacist should strive to be! I also found the rest of the staff helpful, accommodating and courteous! CVS corporate, in this store you have an excellent staff! I hope you not only value them but applaud their effort to go above and beyond for each customer! In doing so, your staff has earned you a new customer tonight! I’ll be transferring all my medical needs to this location from here on out. Even though it is a long drive for me... The kindness of your staff make the effort well worth my time and the drive!
