  Horrible customer service over the phone and in person. I never had an issue at the last CVS in dallas I used previously. I’m changing my prescriptions out of here soon when I talk to my doctor. I’m actually afraid to talk to the pharmacy because of how ugly they have been every time. I’ll let my physician’s assistants speak to them about my prescriptions, to save the stress.

  Been at drive thru for 22 mibutes,seems to be normal never enough help

  Worst pharmacy customer service experience. My daughter just had shots and was very sick so I went thru the drive thru window to pick up her prescription and asked if they could grab me a pedialite as well and they wouldn't even do it! Some people are just rude!!!!
