  Sometimes disorganized, but everyone goes up and beyond to help me with assistance. Personally work with me to resolve insurance issues. Very busy location next door to UMC & Valley hospitals.

  This Pharmacy will not fill new patients prescription.. Especially if its for a pain medication. They look at the script and tell you, "oh we won't be able to fill this". I've asked why not? They tell you being you're a new customer, we're unable to fill this at this time. Most times, pharmacies try and play God! If your Doctor prescribes you something, the Pharmacist has the right to not fill it. Even though your Doctor prescribed it to you. The pharmacy techs, act as though they're above the customers. They're not friendly what so ever! There's normally a wait, just to get to the pharmacy counter. I've always had to wait between 40min-1hr wait for my script to be ready!
