Great staff, but always slow due to it being busy. Edit: staff didn’t forward my script when they said they would. CVS should stand for certified very slow.

This pharmacy is garbage. Slow wait times, system outages, incorrect text messages being sent. I have had to return several times when parts of my prescription were not complete. How difficult is it to fill an RX with 24 hours notice?

Really great staff; woefully in need of 1-2 more people too keep up with demand. I honestly don't know how they are so friendly and helpful with the lines of impatient customers. If they keep cutting staff hours, I may unfortunately need to change pharmacies, because dealing with the long lines of irritated people in a cramped space makes me want to just forget about my medicine and go home. I keep trying to find the magic time when there's a good staff to customer ratio, but no luck.

I've never had an issue with this pharmacy and I've been a customer for a few years. They were fine as a Target pharmacy and I think they're actually a little better now that CVS runs it. The transition felt a little chaotic on the customer end, but I expected that so I didn't find it that big of a deal (I used to work retail so I might be more forgiving than folks who haven't, and fortunately none of my prescriptions are critical). The employees are always courteous. This Target is super busy so it follows that their pharmacy is busy, as well. I don't go on the weekend if I can help it.

Lukewarm and inconsistent customer service. I'm used to having 5-star treatment direct from Park Nicollet pharmacy, but they're not convenient since I moved. As it is, this place is out of my way and I could've picked a different CVS, but I'm left with that filmy taste of an indifferent large chain. This is not a special-order hamburger at a fast food place, people. You don't get to be indifferent about it. This is people's health; their lives depend on it. This CVS, and I suspect others, do not demonstrate enough empathy for that fact. I will be trying out Schneider on University- a local business with a proven record.
