  Mixed bag depending on the employee you're dealing with. You can either get efficient and friendly help or spend an hour waiting for a prescription you called to get refilled half a day earlier. You can only hear "just a few more minutes" so many times before you take your business elsewhere.

  I've been a customer at the West Milwaukee Target Pharmacy for 5 years running. They are friendly, helpful, informative and prompt. They know me by name in spite of it being a big box retailer. The hours and location are convenient. I recommend them.

  The staff are very helpful, they called my insurance and confirmed the price I was supposed to pay. they have a pharmacist come and ensure that you are comfortable with the prescription and answer all questions. and they did it with a smile on their face.
