  Avoid this store at all costs, both of the freestanding CVS stores on the island are trashy but this is the worst of the two. Every time I go in this store the prices are signed wrong on the shelves and it's always your fault somehow that they forgot to take the old sale prices down. It also takes forever to get a cashier to help you. Today the pharmacists assistant was ringing both back at the pharmacy and at the front registers. I had to wait for her to finish up and then make her way to the front...the entire time I was waiting I kept asking myself why am I waiting to pay a higher price for an item that is cheaper at Target or Walgreen's?. This was a great store when it was Longs Drugs but it has gone downhill ever since. If you must use CVS the one at Target is cheaper, faster and much cleaner.

  Moneygram is never working. I have lived here for a year and have tried numerous times to use their moneygram machine to no avail. I'm talking over 10 times , first their machine was out of service for over 7 months!!! Then when they finally got it fixed the last 3 times I've come to receive money, they don't have enough in the register!! How do you not have 100$ in you register during operating hours?? Very disappointed and the manager is no help just says we can only do so much... very disappointed never ever go here for a moneygram you will waste your time, everytime..

  Every time I have come in to this location the staff is over the top helpful . I have been coming in for two years and have been thrilled with the service . I have not experienced the Pharmacy, however I have at other locations and now get all my prescriptions at Safeway , I have never had a happy pharm tech at ANY CVS .

  Pharmacy does not have their "stuff" together. Had 4 prescriptions transferred to this location, was told by the tech they needed to order one of them. Waited for a call to come pickup and never heard from them. Called a week or so later to ask when they will be available and they don't have any information about my scripts. But somehow they had my phone number. They were unapologetic. Don't do business here.
