I was told there was not a public restroom. My second time going in there. First my child was denied a few months ago now I decide to go in there again thinking a new employee will let me use it and it didn't happen. I spend my money in a drugstore and if I can't use the restroom i will not patron CVS pharmacy again. I am a shareholder here and for that decision I will stop doing business with this company. Totally unethical and not good customer service.

It really concerns me that this store does not have makeup shades for women of color. When i asked the Store manager Tommy i was met with attitude and a condescending tone. when he stated they only carry top 20% brands which i found odd because i saw Covergirl but they did not carry the Queen side of the brand. I saw Revlon but they did not carry the darker shades. I asked about Milani which is a price comparable product to the other brands yet he said they don't carry that brand? why? why is it that the only brand you DID carry was FIT which only included 3 shades for women of color? Women of color are WAY MORE THAN 3 SHADES of PEOPLE! Yet you carry 15-20 other brands of makeup promoting the exact same "lighter" shades? This doesn't make sense, if you can carry those 15-20 brands of makeup you cant carry at least ONE brand for women of color? This store being small inst an excuse especially giving the demographic of people who patronize this business from the tunnel. I definitely don't feel welcomed there especially being met by such an insensitive, condescending store manager.

Good for a quick purchase, you may and probably will encounter a homeless person or two here but I've never had an issue with them. Just smile and keep on walking. Pharmacy is typically quick when they open on time.

Got a quick flu shot here with no problems. When I need some sort of medicine while I'm in downtown they are handy and far cheaper than all the convenience stores in downtown. Its small and the customer service isn't the best, but it serves its purpose.
