  incompetent management. The sign next to the entrance says CVS Hempstead . The store is in West Hempstead. I informed the assistant manager , no correction. .. So folks are we shopping in Hempstead 11550 which is a Village of its own or in West Hempstead 11552.. Must be confusing for mail and deliveries.

  I'll be honest, I really don't like this CVS location. The only reason I shop here is because it's always "on the way" to somewhere else. The store is very often disorganized with boxes stacked up waiting to be put on the shelves. There are rarely any carts in the store to be used - you usually have to hunt one down in the parking lot. The good thing is it is still a CVS that has almost everything you need. I would like to see some better, more active management at this location. Also bring back the self checkout!! It's ridiculous when there are 6 customers waiting in line with only one cashier!

  Impossibly slow service and incompetent checkout workers. I've been to truck stops in Arkansas with cleaner bathrooms than the one in this store.

  I like this place. They have everything and the staff is super nice, both Pharamacy and general. It usually is clean except the middle isle where you wait in the line to get rung up. There is always a line.
