  My son's prescription was sent to the wrong 24hrs pharmacy. I called this one at about 12.15am after a long night with my child in the hospital to see if the medicine was there and who ever was helping me over the phone was extremely rude. He was annoyed with my questions to the point that he was sucking his teeth and saying "OMG" under his breath. I snapped right back and asked what the problem was and he said I kept asking the same thing and he already answered to which I replied that if I couldn't hear him I was going to ask again because it was an important matter. Horrible horrible service. I never get loud with anyone helping me but this guy was flat out rude and with no desire to help.

  My prescription was transferred over n was done in 15 min. Forgot the name of her, she nice n friendly.

  The problem with the Pharmacy is they are always soooo busy and severely under staffed. They try very hard to please the customers. Their working conditions are not great yet they always seem to have a smile. Kindness from both sides of the counter goes along way!

  This place is okay and decent for the most part. Customer service can increase a lot more. Only time I find someone friendly is night shifts, and even then it's iffy. The pharmacy itself has a long wait time in person, drive thru isn't bad. Last time I got a prescription they placed me on a long hold and were a bit rude.

  Great location. Friendly staff. Pharmacist answers phone and diligently responds to concerns. No matter what loopholes your insurance takes you through, they can deal with it. The store is obviously convenient and well stocked.
