  Roberta in the pharmacy was super friendly and helpful. I always prefer coming to a CVS versus other pharmacies.

  I called their Minute Clinic phone line to see if I could still bring my 7 y/o son to get tested for the flu. I was told to just “walk-in” as this location accepts walk-ins. We showed up 1.5 hours before closing time. NOT ONE person in the waiting area. The doctor came out of exam room, I kindly asked her if she could check my son for the flu, and she rudely turned us away. She said she has patients on the waiting list for 5 hours and that no walk-ins were allowed. I told her the CS person instructed me to walk-in... she didn’t care. My son and I walked out, without even being considered to be seen, even though there WAS NOT ONE SINGLE BODY IN THEIR WAITING AREA. Simply rude.

  customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! I went in last night about 7:30, and at 7:58 he tell me I need to leave bc they’re closed. I said plans that I just needed to grab one last thing really quickly. He proceeded to follow me around. I finally stopped and asked him why he was following me and if he would please stop because it was making me feel extremely uncomfortable. He said no that he wknkkkuill follow me till I get out of his store. I told him I would just be 2 minutes, and then he proceeded to tell me he will just call the.cops!!! Of. Purse he didn’t, bc he knew he was in the wrong.. when I was checking out the cashier said she was also and manager and apologized .'

  As I was paying the cashier asked if I had any coupons. I reached into my wallet and said "Yes, I have one in here and a couple loaded to my card" she then totals my purchase and says she can't accept the one I hand her out of my wallet. Her reason "I needed to scan that before I took the ones from your card". I responded in surprise "I just told you I had one in here" (pointing at my wallet). To which she says "Well I can't take it now." Seriously? Worst customer service, I usually go to the one on Blvd 26, but was close to this one. NEVER AGAIN!

  Have been here several times, consistly great people and service. I self pay meds, people here have shown me how to get coupons which have greatly reduced the price!
