  Place is a disgrace. They have 1 good thing going—open 24 hours that’s it. The pharmacists are extremely nasty and unprofessional. Absolutely hate this place

  CVS has always been a bit claustrophobic in its design but this one seems to know where its money is made. The candy aisle is strangely more accessible here than other locations, probably because of the nearby movie theater.

  I'm glad this store is open 24 hours and I can go late at night if I really need something. Lately though, there's something odd at this location. No register is open late at night. Instead an employee tells you all purchases have to go through one of the self-scanning stations. He'll do it for you, but tonight he immediately scanned my purchase without asking for my Extra Care card. When I asked him, "What about my Extra Care card?" he replied, "Always have your Extra Care card ready, and provide it first. Now I have to void the transaction." In another words, he blamed it on me and gave me a lecture.

  Lauren, who works in the pharmacy should be relieved of her duties .lauren hung the phone up on me. A customer who spent about $80k in 15 years.. I did not yell at her . I was not mean to her. She wanted it only her way. I’m filing a complaint with coporate . This is very unusual for me however hanging up mid sentence I’m calling for her being let go as I’m a very prime member that will not use their services anymore .btw I see she has a problem with others on this board

  Service is usually always good. Employees are helpful. But how do you advertise 24hrs store & photo but I can't get photos after 6pm. That's rediculous.
