  Everybody's polite and professional, but they are ALWAYS understaffed so it takes forever to get anything done. The lines end up getting longer by the minute and the wait gets very frustrating. And nobody ever answers the phone calls because of not having enough employees to support those inquiries. They need serious help and improvement. Period.

  This place used to be a great pharmacy with a great staff. I've been coming here for over 6 years. Unfortunately it is now staffed by an inept crew who can't even get my prescription correct. I watched as a so called pharmacist was filling my cough syrup bottle, pouring syrup in the bottle then pouring syrup out and then back in and scratching her NOSE in between. When I got home the lid on the bottle wasn't even secured and a portion of the syrup spilled out into the bag. OMG Idiots! Not to mention I was there for an hour waiting on two prescriptions. This CVS store is in an important part of town with a lot of elderly people and major hospitals and needs to be staffed by knowledgeable pharmacists not high school students. Whoever is managing this pharmacy needs to be replaced ASAP.

  It was a pretty average store. Looked clean, lots of selection, but nothing special. The cashier was pretty unfriendly.

  I hate this pharmacy, but I’m stuck using it. I’ve had to beg with the pharmacy assistant to enter a coupon that I brought. The only person who has any idea idea what he’s doing is Kwatu. Ask for him, otherwise this place is awful.

  The worst CVS in the counrty. Untrained employees. I called them to see if they have my medication, after 30 min on hold they said they don't have it. I went there in person right away and they said they had it but it'll take a few hours. Then I dropped off my prescription and came back 5 days later and they said they don't have it anymore. Beautiful!
