  Unable to use the coupons on YOUR website even though there is a barcode! Your associate wanted to charge me .35 cents to print out a passport photo coupon but on the coupon it says for the cashier to scan barcode it does not disclose ANYWHERE on the coupon that it needs to be printed out! POOR Customer Service!!! I call another CVS and they tell me I don’t have to print it out that they can scan it!! Very Frustrating and RIDICULOUS!

  Head manager who runs pharmacy was no help at all. Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy.

  Omg the worst CVS in DFW. Transferred my prescription from another pharmacy only to find out that was the worst mistake I’ve ever done. Was put on hold for 17minutes that he was grabbing a pen. Then a lady picked up then hang up on my face. DONT GO THERE!!!!!! If you care about your well being, don’t go there. They will lie to you!

  Don't use this CVS! I dropped my prescriptions off at 4pm and I was told that they would be ready in two hours. I called to check if they were ready at 7pm and was told it would be 45 more minutes. I waited until 9pm and called again I was then put on hold for 10 minutes before being informed that I couldn't pick them up until the next day.

  Mindnumbingly slow customer service. Hire a qualified manager. Left after 10 min wait to check out one open register 6 customer deep line
