  Extremely poor customer service. I have given this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt for two years now, but my patience is gone. They do little to nothing to be helpful and lack even basic customer service and professionalism. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  This is the best CVS in town. The people are great. Customer service awesome. Pharmacy is the best in town. They get five stars because they know they are here to help people and they do their best to help us. My gratitude to them.

  Conveniently located by the metro. You can actually get to it from the metro without going outside. Has everything you expect from a CVS.

  When I have called to get info. on product availability, no one wants to bother checking. Have they ever heard of customer service???

  I live a block away and this is my go-to place for incidentals (several times a week, usually). It is small but has all of the basics, including limited groceries (mostly boxed stuff, but also milk, ice cream, etc.). I especially recommend the Pharmacy (I'd give them 5 stars!) Always quick and professional. The only reason I don't give the store 5 stars overall is the lack of self checkout. They do have several registers that are usually adequately covered, but every once in a while, there is a long line. Self checkout would be a huge plus. Overall, though, this place is great for your everyday needs. And the staff and managers are always very helpful and courteous.
