  I truly think cvs has had a huge spiral downwards. Walk into one if you don’t believe me. You walk into this store and see the employees standing around hanging out while the customers ring themselves out. Why are you paying 4 people to stand around doing nothing? They don’t even have loss prevention people steal all day. So sad cvs

  I have spent HOURS on hold waiting for the pharmacy and no one answers. So I try calling the general number for the store and same thing, no answer. Have called all numbers and all extensions and no one answers. If you're not out of business, you should be!
