  The prices are very high and there stock as of late has been non existant. Id rather use walgreens or walmart if i have the need to go to the pharmacy

  The opioid problem starts with CVS. CVS IS governed by an unethical body of medical people. For years CVS filled every perscription for anything, NO questions asked. Robert Schmidt, "I don't care if a script is written in CRAYON, fill it".

  this cvs pharmacy is an absolute joke. they treat anti depressants like they're not serious and they don't care about their customers. I have been off my medicine for 5 days now because this cvs pharmacy, specifically pharmacist Maria, told me that my script was filled in another pharmacy and I had to have the claims reversed. I hadn't gotten a chance to call that pharmacy as I have been working and by the time I'm out of work, they are closed. I finally got a chance to do so today and when I called this cvs pharmacy to let them know that I reversed the claims, the girl on the phone told me that I have two refills for my Lexapro and I could've picked them up days ago. When I asked if she was serious she giggled and said yes. I told her I didn't think anything was funny about this situation. Then Maria got on the phone and proceeded to tell me that is was a miscommunication and that I can pick up my meds within an hour. No apology nothing. This isn't funny at all. This is serious medication for a serious mental disorder and for the lead Pharmacist of all people to call it a miscommunication and treat it like it's a minor situation, is beyond me. I will be telling everybody I know about this tech and about this specific cvs pharmacy location. I've never been so offended by a pharmacy in my life. You should all feel ashamed of yourselves. Disgusting.
