  Prescription department needs to be started over again. Always short on help, too many times no stock on specific medications (I use the same meds for the past 3 years) totally unaccountably to customers. I use them because of my insurance-otherwise I would find an independent that cares.

  Great staff, super patient and helpful. They're more willing at this cvs, than most places, to problem solve along with the customer.

  This cvs is always a nightmare to deal with. The pharmacy dept is awful. They are slow and unhelpful. My most recent experience was my eye dr called in my prescription. They couldn't find it so my dr sent it a second time. I then received a text saying I would receive a call when it was filled. So several hours later when I heard nothing I called cvs. And they told me that they had to to special order it and it would be in the next day. I told them that my eye dr said I could have permanent sight damage the girl said that they can check other cvs. So she put me on hold and check and said that no cvs within 30min drive had it. I asked if she could transfer my script to Walgreens. She said that she would call Walgreens to check and call me back. I received a call shortly later from the same person and she told me while she was calling Walgreens she double checked the shelf and they had the eye drops the entire time. I would have stopped using cvs previously bc of other terrible experiences but it's literally less than a block away from my home. Lesson learned is just drive 10mins down the road to the closet Walgreens for my prescription needs.
