::Service is VERY slow. Main pharmacist has a real attitude problem ... mainly towards Laura’s Pharmacy. She is a great person to deal with ! , whom I always use. Actually I only do business with CVS when I HAVE TO Due to the time of day or the day itself ... when Laura’s closed I wouldn’t recommend this Pharmacy to anyone

::Due to personal issues there has been considerable confusion filling my prescriptions. Thank goodness I was able to leave Walgreens and bring my business back to CVS but there is always some confusion when this happens. The CVS staff has been most helpful in helping me take care of this. The GP I have seen for the last 38 years retired and gave me the refills allowed before he closed his office. Again, CVS has been very helpful. I would not want to deal with any other pharmacy.

::I have never been so dissatisfied with the quality of customer service that I’ve received from a pharmacy before. They are rude and act as though you are inconveniencing them by showing up at their drive-thru. They refuse to talk to you about your insurance at the drive-thru saying “you’lle need to come in.” Also I asked them to stop auto refilling my RX’s and they said the only way to stop them was to completely delete my account history. That doesn’t even sound right to me. I have never had these types of problem at any other drug store before but constantly have issues with these people. Unfortunately they are the only drug store that is in-network for me. FRUSTRATED DOES NOT BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW I FEEL ABOUT THIS DRUG STORE.

::Jacob was the pharmacy technician who helped me. The Rx for antibiotics was going to cost $150 and he pulled out his phone and found an alternative drug that ended up costing me $18. Great customer service Jacob! Nice hair too (lol)- thank you
