  Scripts take forever, and not ready when promised, when told script would be another hour or more, on two separate occasions a text came in ten minutes later- as soon as l pulled into my drive. Is CVS inept or do they take pleasure in continuing to upset people? I work at clinics at St Charles and Stony Brook and will go out of my way to tell patients to go elsewhere. The neighboring community to PJS, CVS at Fairfield North where my mom lives say many are disgusted with the service at CVS and are heading to Rite Aid... maybe when less busy they will screw up less, or care more, or close. You are dealing with sick people who have little patience for your incompetence and your complete lack of care and concern for your customers. With all the mail order pharmacies and local competition l would think CVS might need to reevaluate priorities.

  Pharmacy has the worst customer service ever. Claims to never receive prescriptions and when they do they never fill them on time or correctly.

  By far one of the worst pharmacy from staffing and knowledge base . I went to pick a prescription they told to come back in an hour , an hour and half hour later they are not ready and they even screwed up the medication . Never again

  This pharmacy has the worst pharmacists and pharmacy techs ive ever come across, there lazy and do not care or empathize with the customer at all. Ive had nothing but continuous problems here and will never walk through those doors again, and i will make it a point to make sure family and friends avoid it also.

  Don't go there. Go to Walgreens in Selden. Open 24 hours and very nice
