  Called to ask them to hold my prescription through the weekend as I was away. They said they would, but I predicted they wouldnt carry through as the girl had a lackadaisical attitude on the phone. Sure enough, they pulled it and had to have me wait for them to re-fill the script. Pharmacy person today was nice at least.

  Never a problem and I am real white, so I find it hard to fathom a racist at this location. Some customers come in before you drop off a script then shop. The CVS at Broadview and Broookpark Road is also 5 star. That is my experience thank you all for your input.

  My aunt who has a fractured hip and mom who is a cancer patient went to the CVS Pharmacy on Memphis and Pearl today. They are loyal customers to that store because of the great treatment by the store part of this Pharmacy. Today they were treated rudely and harassed by the pharmacist and her staff. It is very hard for me to accept people I care about being treated like second class citizens or garbage because they look defenseless and elderly. I live three doors down from this so called Pharmacy and will be transferring my business elsewhere. My aunt was fairly shaken up from this traumatic experience and I am not prone to complaining about or making stories. I work 6 days a week and do not have time to be petty or type a paragraph in defense of my families dignity! CVS Pharmacy 4240 Pearl Rd
