  This place is so slow. I understand that they are short staffed. But please tell me to go somewhere else instead of leaving me on hold for 45 minutes at a time then getting hung up on then calling back then sit on hold for another 45 minutes being told your meds will be ready at a time you call after that time sit on hold for another 45 minutes and they tell you 45 minutes and it will be ready. If you sit and wait on your meds 1hr minimum wait. I asked for a manager waited 5 minutes i could hear him goofing off with another employee smh how rude. I live 45 minutes for cvs so to drive there when your meds are supposed to be ready and they are not the a 45 minute ride money smh this is unneeded stress. My question is does your company enjoy putting the customer through so much stress. I have 4 to 5 hours vested in trying to get my meds smh and still no meds. I depend on my meds to work in my body so i can do my job. I can only assume cvs does not care. How sad.

  I used to think Walgreens pharmacy was awful. Then after 5 hours of waiting for my 70 year old mothers post op pain meds, they still weren't ready. Had to ask for script back so I could go somewhere else. Needless to say my poor mother everything had worn off and was in horrible pain. Oh and being treated with disrespect and rude e is great Customer service. The whole ordeal started at 1030 this am. It is now 352 and just got her meds.
