  Avoid if possible, this CVS has wasted more of my time than any other CVS, and that's saying something. The registers never seem to be working right, the employee's are unhelpful bordering on useless, and even the simplest purchase could take the better part of a half hour to accomplish. I'd give them less than one star if I could.

  Dog friendly! The pharmacy team is helpful and patient. I have a long, foreign last name and the staff here are the only people who pronounce it correctly. They are helpful on the phone and reliable. Once they forgot to refrigerate my Rx and the Pharmacist noticed, dumped it and refilled it in just a few mins while I waited. I like that they are a local lifeline and are super polite to people who may be on a lower income; the area is popular with the homeless and section 8 housing residents who often need help with their Rx. The team here is very compassionate. The store sends texts to remind me when Rx are due. I have used this pharmacy many times without problem. One time they said not to wait as it would take a day to refill my Rx but then I got a text from them within 20mins of leaving the store saying it was ready. That was annoying but also good customer service, I guess! Right now they are calling a Rite Aid out of state where I picked up my last Rx on vacation. They are doing this for me so that they can now refill it in DC. So helpful!

  I had a prescription called into this pharmacy. I called in to let them know I was on my way. I walked in and was the only person in the store. The pharmacist was having a conversation with an employee. He told me it would be ready soon and to please wait. He continued to talk to the other employee for about 10 minutes. I walked back up to the counter - still the only person in the store - and he literally told me to sit down, as if I was not allowed to stand and wait at the counter. I told him I was fine standing. He kept speaking to the other employee. After two other customers walked in and also began waiting - he actually took about 3 minutes to fill the prescription and gave it to me. What terrible rude service. I'm never going to this CVS again. I've always preferred Walgreens anyway.

  Always have everything I need. Go there to add to my Smarttrip. There around 7:00-7:30 am, sometimes have to wait a few minutes for a cashier because there is only one and the Manager until 8:00 am. Should be two cashiers due to foot traffic, that is still rush hour. But overall would rather go there than Metro Center. FYI-all CVS don't have the Metro machine to add fare.
