  Absolutely disgusting how customers are treated in this store. Assistant manager Hermel made my mother cry that is how rude he was to her in the store. The manager Angela, was absolutely no better and hung up on me after trying to guilt me, a customer, trying to explain my position, into feeling bad for her. These employees have such a nasty attitude. It is absolutely abhorrent behavior. CVS should be ashamed to be employing these individuals.

  They never answer their phones... Someone in the pharmacy has been calling my cell phone up to 6 times a day.. When I call back to see what they need, I get put on hold for over 5 minutes before someone picks up the phone. Terrible customer service! You have enough time to harrass me with phone calls but not enough time to answer when I call back and I know it's not the automated service.. The robot is more helpful than the actual employees in this store.

  Have been dealing with this cvs pharmacy for years before it moved across the street always helpful. Today I need meds after a surgery i send my son to fill the script and they can't fill it this Monday 6 days away. I call waiting on hold a long time then get a young unhelpful guy on the phone that can't even get the point of what I am asking him. And what pissed me off is he didn't seam to give a crap

  most incompetent workers I have ever dealt with. First of all when i walked in (11/16/13) it smelt like urine. Second, there was multiple workers I saw walking around doing nothing while there was a long line of people that needed to be rung up. Third, I needed to pick something up at the photo center, I received a conformation email saying it was ready, and no one was there to help me. They had to buzz for someone and when she finally got there without a name tag and coffee in hand she couldn't find it and was unable to help me nor did she even offer to do anything else to assist me. never going there again. very disappointing.
