  Absolutely awful incompetent staff. Helped by staff member that obviously didn’t know what he was doing. Couldn’t follow simple instructions. Overall terrible experience DONT GO HERE

  If there is option for zero star, I would put no star for this CVS. The pharmacy staff are really rude and they don't what is called for the service. I called few times regarding the status of my prescriptions and their service never got better. I am definitely going to change my pharmacy.

  This store has lost 10 of my prescriptions. ones I keep sending in because they lost the other. I've been going to this store for my prescriptions since 2010. I never had a problem with the pharmacy till now. Everything else about this store is fine. Everyone is friendly and helps you but the pharmacy. I've had to wait in the store hours for them to rectify their mistakes and they blame it all on me anyway. I'm so pissed off at them. These are prescriptions I need to function everyday and they treat me as if I'm some needy kid who wants candy. If you're reading this and had the same problem, make sure to email or call the main customer service line!

  If I could have given zero stars, I would've. I hope someone from the pharmacy staff sees this and recognizes my name, y'all are so rude, short tempered and genuinely miserable to interact with. I logged into my Google account to write this bad review because you guys suck that much.

  This pharmacy told me they're waiting for insurance approval on one of three of my prescriptions. The next day they tell me they're still waiting for the approval.. The third day they tell me it never existed and I need to call my doctor to have him resend the script, and it was a Friday of a holiday weekend!!! On top of that they were rude and unapologetic. I've been going to the West Isip store for decades and many others spending lots of money. Well no more. The Commack store is by far the worse pharmacy I've ever been to.
