  Returned item on the same day was returned with a deducti9n 25% off. Box in mint condition. Just because I threw the receipt. This is THEFT and it's unacceptable.

  I dropped off my prescription to the pharmacy the end of October for November 2 of them that . This is because I knew I would forget or even misplace it .I go today pick up a few things walk to pick and the tech tells me sorry there's nothing here for you at pick up please go to drop off. I already knew this was going to get interesting. As I approach the other tech and inform her that I left a prescription with them before I can get a word she says "What"!? Not how can I help you Unprofessional I want to know what's going on with my script the pharmacist comes as well says they don't know where it is calls the doctor repeating our conversation like just to make sure what I'm saying is true because, the tech did not do her job and input the information as soon as she got it . Smiling and amused the whole time the pharmacist. Final outcome my child cannot get his meds it's a big joke and they want me to pick.up another prescription so they can lose it again. There was no apology let me see what we can do just go somewhere else.

  The staff is great, respectful, good customer service, and hard-working but the pharmacy appears to be overwhelmed with orders, which for me has resulted in pill counts that are different from doctor's prescription (supposedly due to lack of inventory), which has been confusing on both the Dr. side and the pharmacy side. I have ended up missing scripts for up almost 2 weeks because of this miscommunication and as someone with a regular script and a full work schedule I can not rely on this pharmacy anymore.

  Online states they're open until 10. I got here at 9:45 to find both doors locked. I went first to the back then to the front. Frustrated, I got in my car (it's 19 degrees outside) and called the store. Someone answered and I asked if they close at 10 and he said "yes but we're cleaning up already" Maybe they should reflect that on their website and change their hours. Had I known they would close the doors 15 minutes prior to advertised time, then I wouldn't have bothered coming to this location and go to the next town instead.
