::I have never been so disrespected before in my life. I am offended and more so disrespected by the lack of humanity I have been shown in your employee. Is it not the duty of an employee to show compassion and understanding when dealing with customers? Or is that not a value you seek when you hire? I am beside myself with how indecent and impudent your employee was. CVS is not only a company to provide overall wellbeing to others, it is also a place where people come to in need of medical assistance for psychological and physical disabilities. I feel so discriminated against by the tone and ignorance your employee portrayed. The utter disregard for compassion has me at a loss for words. I have been in the customer service industry for over 15 years and this is the first time I have ever felt the necessity to post a review. With that being said, I feel like I shouldn’t have to explain myself but I will. I have extreme ADHD and PTSD from childhood trauma and when I spoke with your employee over the phone he was nothing more than ignorant. He was upset I accidentally cut him off, which was obviously due to my ADHD. He should have known that since that was the prescription he was calling about. After I accidentally cut him off he then cut me off by saying “are you done yet?”. Wow. If I’m not mistaken, but customer service should entail listening to the needs of the customer and trying to come up with a solution for them instead of asking them if they are done talking yet. Let them speak and hear them out before getting defensive. It shouldn’t be taken personally like my conversation was. I was simply a frustrated customer who didn’t understand. I wanted answers, not vulgar and insulting responses. I am already frustrated enough to have these disorders and have to see doctors to get treated on a regular basis and I would really prefer not to be ridiculed or make my condition “known” when I all am I trying to do is get my medicine to treat my said disorder.

::I absolutely love this store and especially the pharmacy. Trevor and Antu, my pharmacists, are always professional, kind, and knowledgeable. It is my pleasure to be a customer. There is also a man whom I believe is a store manager, perhaps of Indian descent, who is also an unbelievable asset to your team. I wish I knew his name. He is tall and thin with glasses. He is always very helpful and courteous. One other person I love dealing with is a pharmacy technician named Khatifa. She always asks me how I'm doing and is very caring, and a great listener. You should be extremely proud of your employees here. I will always use this CVS location. Thank you.

::Basic cvs but photo service has been down for months and still no plans on fixing it? Luckily theres a more convenient walgreens that i could goto instead. That has photo service.
