  The customer service here is terrible. I simply went in to get some OTC allergy meds. There were no more boxes on the shelf so I asked the guy working the floor if they had more. He didn't even look at me and just said "people steal it all the time" and refused to check if there was stock anywhere else. Glad you hire great customer service.

  SLOW pharmacy. Slow slow slow. Expect to wait 10 minutes to pick up a prescription. My secondary insurance is regularly not applied correctly. My prescriptions 'READY FOR PICKUP' were not ready and still needed pharmacist attention. My monthly 'automatic refills' were being special ordered each month. Use any other pharmacy.

  EMPTY HANDED 7:40 AM I go to 32nd & 5th CVS, I pick up items and go to cash register, not self check out. Friendly young man tells me I can use self check out. I tell him I would rather have a cashier. He tells me it would be a 15-20 minute wait for a cashier. I needed change and the self service machines only take credit cards at this branch. I put my items back on the shelf in the back of the store, followed back to the front of the store by a young woman who could have been a cashier in an earlier life.

  Pharmacy staff is nice. Josh even remembers my name when I see him. The store doesn't carry a lot of common brands which can be annoying.

  Staff helpful except in pharmacy. If you're killing time, a good place to hang out
