::Ruined my Valentine's cards order, I was assured by a new girl I would be called if they couldn't add to my order. Go to pick them up and the order is wrong. Talked to the manager and he says " I don't know what to say to that, sorry?" really great customer service when the own manger has to question you if he should apologize.
