From the Rockaways. Shout out to Erica who works at the Far Rockaways C.VS , the most nicest and helpful worker. I was in a rush and she helped me with everything I needed. THANK YOU!

This was my first visit. Here are my first impressions: 1. Long pharmacy lines 2. Long check out lines 3. Amiable pharmacy staff 4. They didn't have all prescribed meds in stock. 5. Long wait time 6. Scripts were filled within an hour of them being sent in.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I definitely would. EVERY single time I come to pick up prescriptions, there is a minimum of 10 people on line waiting to be called by the cashier. What made me finally write a review was today. Come in and of course there’s a line. NO CASHIER in the pharmacy dept! Only a tech and pharmacist behind the counters on the phone with customers. NO one was saying anything! Not please be patient, not let me try to find out what’s going on. NOTHING!! I immediately went to get the store manager which she stated they are not in charge of the pharmacy dept that their manager is stationed a different location?!? What?!? But said she’ll have one of the front end cashiers to assist shortly. I go back to the pharmacy and guess what? There comes a cashier walking in with her coat on clearly late. Things happen. People can be late for any reason. BUT this staff is SUPER horrible for not jumping in and letting the customers know what’s going on or figuring things out. DONT SEND YOUR MEDS TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU ARE LITERALLY ABOUT TO PASS OUT FROM NOT HAVING YOUR MEDS. YOU’LL COME HERE FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS AND COME OUT WITH EVEN MORE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE.

stood on line to pick up medications for over 20 minutes. Waiting to speak to Pharmacist for 15 minutes. Definitely should hire more staff to assist customers. It is unacceptable.

horrible phone service. I called for about an hour straight and they never picked up the phone. I am a doctor that works at the hospital next to the pharmacy and I recommend nobody ever, ever go to this CVS. they are the worst in the area
