  If you are looking for polite, competent, patient pharmaceutical assistants to give you fair service do yourself a favor and do not go here. I was left on hold (which is ok due to the busy flu season), 2X, but had to explain my story both times, and got rushed off the phone. Both could not offer an explanation what happened to my prescription.

  Most of the pharmacy technicians are either lazy, incompetent or both. Our entire family have had numerous annoying episodes here, one of which included the giving away of our medicine. It's a shame because it's not something small like screwing up fast food orders, you're dealing with people's medicine here, for God's sake.

  Great place, it's open 24/7. which is useful for emergency situation. They also have self-checkout, which helps a lot.

  I went to CVS to get tissues. Ended up in a difficult situation. The employees tried to be helpful, but unable to actually help me. Went to the manager, which was actually worse, and basically was of no use and didnt care about the situation at hand- was more concerned with chatting on the phone. Further, they also don't care about retaining cutomers the way they keep this store. Store is dirty and overall, poorly run. These days, too many pharmacies around to have such awful service, would not go to this CVS again.

  When you try to check out you are forced to use a self checking machine while the clerks stare at you and joke around with each other. I went in there for a prescription. This girl asks me YES? I say I'm here to pick a prescription. She gives a huff as if I asked her to make me a sandwich and looks at the bucket. She responds annoyed...NOT READY then walks away. I ask when will it be ready please? Then responds....UHMM..IDK ABOUT 15 MINUTES. She would of had me waiting without at least decency of telling me that. Terrible service.
