Unfortunately the service here is subpar. For some reason there are always long lines. And the pharmacy always seemed to have a complete disaster going on. They can never find a medication that was pre ordered and result in redoing the Order. It's a real shame because such a convenient place she'd be really be Turn Around the lot of traffic in-and-out. I think there is just a management issue here. Hope one day it changes

Rude and uninformative pharmacy staff. Will NEVER return as there are plenty of other options. Would recommend everyone do the same.

This pharmacy has a tendency to be out of stock on whatever prescriptions we need and they often make mistakes as well. Yesterday I tried to be proactive and called a couple of hours after my son's doctor sent an e-prescription to verify they received it and asked if it would be ready to pick up in a couple of hours. At first they told me they did not have my son's insurance information, but they were able to find it when I reminded them it was on file and told me what the cost would be. When I went to pick up the Rx they again told me they could not fill it because they didn't have his insurance information. I reminded them again that his insurance information is on file and they found it just like they did earlier in the day. After the insurance was sorted out yet again, they told me they actually didn't have the medication in stock and it would be next week before they could get it. I asked if they could call the other CVS pharmacy a few blocks away and they said no. I understand that all medications can't be in stock all the time, and I understand mistakes can happen. However, what is unfortunate is that even if you call to confirm a prescription before going to the store you cannot rely on a correct answer from this particular location. And what is even worse is the attitude that most of the staff and the pharmacists have. In contrast, I called the other CVS (located in the new City Point Target) today and they were pleasant and helpful. They didn't have the medication in stock either but I appreciate their willingness to check on what I needed without acting like it was a bother. I wish this pharmacy had longer hours like the Myrtle location and I would go here instead even if it is a little less convenient.

I was looking to buy those Wee Wee pads for dogs they have for $9.99. A lot of CVS stores for some reason long longer have them. SO one young lady at 30 Flatbush Ave told me that they have them at Myrtle Ave. So I called there, and would you know after the phone kept ringing , for I don't know how long. But, Before I was able to speak, someone picks up, and hangs up the phone.

I just moved to downtown Brooklyn..I decided to walk to CVS via Google map ...nice walk but I had an absolute terrible experience at the CVS on Myrtle. I went there today June 20..2017 at 2pm the gentleman at the register as soon as u walk in very nasty I read most of the reviews an one thing is constant I'm hearing that the workers behave as if they don't want to work here aka no people skills smh I will never spend my hard earned money at any CVS
