The staff always have good intentions but sometimes it seems like the busiest store in Minneapolis, wait times can be a bit long and there’s always about 4-5 people waiting for prescriptions when I walk in. Overall if you have patience they will satisfy your needs.

This place is superclean and super stocked. Everybody is friendly to me. The staff knows to the square-foot where everything I need is located. They give me excellent instructions where to find it. The pharmacy staff is going to whichever heaven they choose for sure because of how wonderful they are and I thank all of you for being in my neighborhood!

Terrell in the pharmacy is so great. I've paid out of pocket for a script multiple times at other CVS and this was the first time someone offered to find me a discount I didn't even know was available! He spent a few minutes on the phone with me and went out of his way, all while seeming happy to do so.

This location no longer offers public restrooms. Local tweakers and thieves have ruined it for the rest of us. The staff will direct you to Starbucks across the street but prepare to make a purchase first. They won't give you the code for the numeric locks without buying something. Damn tweakers.

I will never return here. My doctor sent a new script to the pharmacy and they refused to fill it for 4 days, giving me a ridiculous excuse each time I called and asked about it, such as not being able to fill it because it didn't have refills even though I'd never filled it before or that the script was old (it was 1 day old). Finally they told me insurance didn't approve so I called insurance and they said they had approved it so they didn't understand the issue. Insurance called the pharmacy and demanded they fill the script so they did. When I went to pick it up, I had to request to speak to the pharmacist for an explanation of my new meds and he seemed annoyed that I was asking him to do his job. Overall, horrible service and I was not on the right medication for 4 days due to the incompetence of the pharmacy staff.
