  Literally, LITERALLY, the only thing good out of this CVS is that it is 24 hours. I am currently looking for a new pharmacy. They cannot keep track of my medications. I’ve received medications with the wrong amount of pills in the bottle and needed to ask pharmacist to recount it. Consistently give me old medications or dosages and then give attitude when I ask for my correct dosage....because I need my correct medication?! The cashier was once assisting customers while eating popcorn at the register and wiping his hands on his shirt and spitting popcorn everywhere, burping out loud (this is not exagerated). That day was my last straw, I asked for the manager. The employee was handling people’s medications—that is extremely uncalled for! I feel like they sometimes try to improve; some employees are better than others, but it just isn’t helping overall. I will not start with the calling/automated system. I highly DO NOT recommend this CVS to anyone.

  This cvs is increible bad services . you call them early and they tell you you medication will be ready at a time and when you get there its not even ready you have to wait 30 minutes. And them that person who works at that register in pharmacy dosent have customer services at all. This Philadelphia CVS not good place.. 😡😡😡😠😠

  The best part about this CVS is the fact that it is 24 hours. Because that's about how much time you'll need while waiting for someone to speak with you whenever you contact the pharmacy. I have been on hold for at least 20 minutes while I write this reveiw. It doesn't matter what time of the day you call, the hold time is extremely long (I speak from experience). Also, when you arrive to pick up your prescriptions, 9 times out of 10 you will be greeted by someone less than happy to see you. Many of the pharmacy staff members I have encountered are rude. However, the customer service staff elsewhere in the store are cordial.

  CVS Pharmacy has a nice breeze of air when you walk in. Plus, the Pharmacy has a walk-in service that provides your medication in a quick time. Also, for any season it is they have the hot new trends. Whether costumes or beach towels. Overall is a good store to visit for any reason.
