  Never had a good experience at this store. I use the coupons on the app, linked to my phone & today the cashier told me I was lying because I sent them after she started scanning. Which wasn't the case because I prep for this & I had my phone (with the card app) on the counter the entire time. The cashier did try re-ringing every item but when it didn't work again, she refused to get a manager when I asked for help. Which is fine because I have also dealt with the manager, who is just as incompetent. I refuse to go to this store again. Which is fine because they take the sale stickers down early & then deny it was on sale even when I carry the flyer with me. This is a poor excuse for any retail store & one i utilize often & always suggest people go to. Not anymore.

  Customer service associate on 2/13 at 5:30pm needs to learn proper customer service. She literally walked off doing my transaction in the middle of it, and let another associate who didn’t know where printer paper was, because of course my receipt couldn’t print properly, to go on her lunch break. She bagged my items and didn’t even give them to me, as they sat behind the counter in the bag holster. The employee taking over for her didn’t even know my bags weren’t given too me. Next time finish your transaction, say have a nice day and then go to your lunch/dinner break.
