Went in for flu shot appt set at 12:40 PM. Arrived 5 minutes early, checked in as well. Wasnโ€™t seen until 1:08 PM. Thatโ€™s 28 minutes PAST the appointed time. The staff have wasted my time, moments of my life that I will NEVER get back. If I need to be there on time so do the staff at the pharmacy. **update** This all caused me to be almost late to a job interview that I had at 1:30. Also the person who gave me the shot tried to place blame on me for not being seen until 12:08. Although I got there early.

More like a Walmart or circle k than a real pharmacy, except everything is more expensive. And they sell placebos as medicine instead of the real nasal decongestants. Came here for a 24 hour emergency and the 24 hour was only for selling candy, toys, and placebos, no real medicine. Getting rid of appetite suppressors while still selling junk food doesn't help the obesity epidemic.

If you try to pickup your Rx in the drive through and there is one car ahead of you...I hope you brought water and a sleeping bag. If there are 2 cars, just drive away. They said my Rx was ready the night before, the next morning, they were still "finishing up" (putting the pills in a bottle). 15 minutes and still counting.

I always find a deal on the store and particularly when I utilize my rewards card. I've found even better deals here than I will find at some of its competitor stores. The staff and management are friendly and accommodating. Access is relatively easy during the right hours. Do not attempt going during lunch or rush hour as it sits at one of Phoenix's busiest corners.

Great pharmacy, wont fill anywhere else. I end up driving 10 min out of my way past other pharmacies to come here. The staff truly cares about you as a person, and the pharmacy manager Zac is great about answering any and all questions I have about my drug regimen. I think I saw him wearings crocs though so a bit of a turn off. A+ service though.
