  This store should CLOSE down! First, the store is always selling AIR! Always with empty shelves! Always dirty! Always messy! There is no such thing as a good Faced shelf in this store. (Most specially the pharmacy’s front counter). You can tell that, no one cares about it being presentable, clean, neat or even organized (not the Management, not the Staff, not even it’s district manager). Secondly, the Pharmacy techs are nothing but rude. Who can blame them? When they’re being made to work with just one or two tech per shift? Thirdly, they don’t believe in delivering PROMISED TIme TO THEIR PAIENTS! They also don’t care if you miss your medicines. They don’t bother to check on you For refills. Or to make sure you get notified when your scripts are ready (even if you constantly ask them for it with your every single visit). You have to do everything on your own (call them a couple of times just to make sure they can prepare your medicines way ahead of time. Because they just don’t care if you’re dying and you are without your medicine!!!! I am freaking DIABETIC AND THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN!!! Thirdly, no one bothers to pick up your phone call. There is no such thing as one, two or three rings. They will make the phone ring for as long as they can (or until you get tired of trying to get through the line, or hope that the front end answers their phone call/s). Lastly, they’d rather lose a patient’s business than keep them. CVS Corporate! I think you guys should consider CLOSING DOWN THIS STORE! They give you a BAD NAME! Too bad, I’m stuck with you, since my insurance only likes you. Now, I will be forced to find another CVS, hoping they’re not a nightmare like your Florin Rd. Store. If you don’t want to die early, don’t even dare get your prescription from his store! Worst CVS store to date!

  Staff here is not friendly to seniors or disabled people or minorities. While i was shopping in this cvs i had to use the bathroom and asked the pharmacy girls to buzz me in they said they didnt have one even though i could clearly see the bathroom behind a locked glass door.

  Had a bunch of time and made my way leisurely around the store, picked up a couple of Christmas presents and a few things I'd been looking for. All in all had a great time and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

  I WISH I could leave no Stars!! It's the worst pharmacy!! I will call and they will tell me 1 call ahead and still be on hold for over 15mins!! They MESS up My prescription!! I HATE this pharmacy!! Only 1 nice girl that works there! The rest I can go with out..
