  Referring to the pharmacy, take your business elsewhere. Monthly meds that are needed are not ordered, and every month we are told it would not happen again. Not true. Working with insurance company to take prescriptions anywhere else.

  Not the fastest service, but... very consistent and they have tons of stuff.

  Worst customer service for Saginaw. Do the people that work here live here? I know my community is better than this. They have been reported to the Pharmacy board and to CVS corporate for their behavior. They say medicine is picked up but it isn't. They say insurance is covering X but ask for more that X. What kind of racket is this?

  The pharmacy is terrible! Poor customer service which I could get past if they would at least fill my prescriptions accurately. Twice I’ve had issues with this location which I use out of convenience, but actually has caused more inconvenience. Fill your prescriptions elsewhere if you have a choice and save yourself the headache 🤕

  Used this pharmacy for years but won't any more. The attitude is that they are too busy to help you. I called to inquire about a RX and when it would be ready and was told that they were really very busy, the pharmacist was busy doing flu shots, everyone wanted their prescriptions in a hurry this day and they didn't know how long it would be. In other words, we don't have the capacity to fill the prescriptions we have and we cannot help you. Once I talked to the pharmacist I was able to get better results. She was helpful but that was after talking to the guy answering the phone about 3 or 4 times.
