  The cashier isnt friendly and doesn't bother to communicate and say thank you . If you're black and come here even, if you consider yourself Latino and when you look in the mirror and see a black person looking at you, don't shop here. your business isn't appreciated. I blame management training!

  Pharmacy staff is friendly, professional, and saved me money. The manager (James I think) takes pride in making everyone feel welcome, and Betty(?) at the cashiers is engaging, always happy and with a smile. Normally staff just does their job. In this pharmacy I have interacted with five employees, and all extremely nice, going out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide you with the best customer service. Pharmacist (Andys I think) is fantastic and a true gentleman. I normally don't remember names, but in this case I tried to do, because they were incredibly nice.

  Terrible customer service I went to buy some stuff and I got an 18 pack for coors light for hurricane party and the ticket under that was market 10$. When I went to the register the lady who was helping me Franny or Francy I forgot her name she told me the price was different very rude and I told her but can you please check over there says $10 for the 18 pack ,she replied : well this is the discount 4$ and I replied again no but can you please find out over there says $10 , she answer with an attitude "we'll forget about what it says and this is what you pay" WHATTT THE HECK! Another guy I don't know his name very nice he offered to go check the price and actually the price was wrong because they placed the pack in the wrong spot, and I told him thank you that's all I need it to know and the lady still replying like "whatever" " I told you" , he apologized for the bad customer service she offered "in this hurricane wait everybody is a little crazy", yeah I agree but if you are working in customer service you are there to help a client , CVS should be more careful of who they hire . Horrible service today

  Customer service it's the best only cvs that employees greet you and welcome you in ..they must have changed their personal ..there's this cashier that helped me out today she's new there and she is super nice I think her name it's franshy something like that ..

  very very very bad customer service, managers are soo rude, like if everyone in that zone is a thief or a bad person. Apparently the CVS district manager on that zone prohibited now that people use original printed manufacturer coupons, I understand they might be avoiding get duplicates which is illegal but what about then the honest working people that rely on coupons to save some money. They should be trying to work harder maybe on checking the coupons and not cancelling all just because they are lazy and don't want to do a job with excellence. This makes them lose business to the store and the manufacturers too. I am against illegal reproduction of coupons but I am in favor of everything that saves you some money if is offered, like original coupons from the manufacturers website. Anyway I will take my coupons elsewhere, even if I can afford full price why would I when the manufacturer is offering me a discount, they go against what they themselves do. This particular CVS is outdated, they don't carry many regular brands you can find any CVS, they employee pay rate must be very bad because they are bitter persons all the time, like they have resentment in their heart of something, which I don't doubt because if managers treat customers bad I don't want to see how they treat employees, I feel for them!... Please go elsewhere, this is a great country, go where you feel like a value customer. (PS: Parking lot is not safe, loitering and lots of weird things going on)
