Terrible service in the pharmacy. Even though this CVS is extremely convenient I'm truly considering going somewhere else. The young lady that works at the register in the pharmacy always acts like she doesn't want to be there. The customer service overall in that store is just terribly. I think I may have to start going to the new CVS by the Wharf. So sad

Relatively well stocked CVS. Fridge section for drinks is perpetually broken. There is rarely a cashier available and depends mostly on self checkout (like most CVS stores).

Wet floors, un stocked shelfs, horrible service! I would take the extra walk to a different cvs.

3 self serve stations and usually no one at the counter. Pharmacy is great. Standard selection for a medium sized CVS. Usually no help with photos

Rude and incompetent staff. I have been forced to go days without pills before as they mess up refills, claim the doctor hasn't called and approved when they have, etc. They could care less if you drop dead and when asked for advice or just a little assistant (i.e. my old pharmacist would call the doctor himself when questions arose and would give me two or three days worth of pills if I was in danger of running out, and once even helped me off some pills when my doctor would not respond in an emergency situation) they become aggressive, overbearing, and talk loudly over you. Also, whenever you call, they say "hold" and then just hang up. I've actually had to go off several prescriptions since going to this place because getting them and working between the doctor and the pharmacy - which doesn't seem to think that informing you about issues is a good idea - is too much hassle and micromanaging. I'm going back to my old place in Frederick. Worth the 1 hour commute to never again have to go to a CVS. If you love feeling subhuman and being treated like you are a disgusting nuisance, then by all means, visit this CVS.
